No. ThinkWare Labs is a general software studio — we offer SaaS development, web and application development, custom software, cloud applications, IT consulting, database development, and web design across industries. Hospital Pharmacy OS is our first in-house product, not the limit of what we build. It exists to show how we work: deep field research, then software designed around the workflow that already exists.

It is built for pharmacies operating inside hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics — specifically in Tier 2 and Tier 3 Indian cities where billing is consistent, willingness to pay is higher, and existing software is either too expensive or doesn't fit local workflows. The pilot region is Haryana.
Q05Does it work with handwritten paper prescriptions?
Yes. Doctors in Tier 2 and Tier 3 hospitals have written prescriptions on paper for more than 20 years. Rather than trying to change that behaviour, Hospital Pharmacy OS is explicitly designed around paper prescriptions and fits the existing counter workflow.
Q06Is Hospital Pharmacy OS GST-compliant?
Yes. Every transaction is billed correctly under GST and returns are compiled automatically each month instead of being manually reconstructed. The product also handles prescription register requirements under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act as a byproduct of normal billing.
Q07How is ThinkWare Labs different from existing pharmacy software?
Most pharmacy software is built either for large hospitals with IT teams or for standalone retail pharmacies that already use computers. We spent months in the field studying how Tier 2 and Tier 3 hospital pharmacies actually operate, then designed around paper prescriptions, counter workflows, and WhatsApp-first communication.
