Digitise the prescription
Doctors in Tier 2 and Tier 3 hospitals have written on paper for over twenty years. Fight that habit and you lose before you start.
We build for the ones that don't — small businesses, growing clinics, independent operators running on paper and instinct, doing important work without the tools they deserve.
ThinkWare Labs builds SaaS products that solve real operational problems for underserved businesses across India — industries where outdated software, expensive enterprise tools, or no software at all has been the only option. We understand a problem from the ground up, then build something that actually fits how people work.
ThinkWare Labs is a software studio and IT solutions company in India. We take on SaaS development, web development, custom software, and IT consulting — from a first line of code to a product in production. These are the services we offer.
End-to-end design and engineering of cloud-based software-as-a-service products — from product discovery through launch and iteration.
Fast, responsive, production-grade websites and web applications built on a modern stack — engineered to load quickly and scale cleanly.
Bespoke software built around one specific operational problem — not an off-the-shelf template stretched to fit a workflow it was never made for.
End-to-end web and mobile application development, designed around how your team actually works rather than how software usually assumes they do.
Cloud-native applications built for scale, reliability, and low operating cost — using infrastructure that grows with usage instead of fighting it.
Technical strategy, architecture review, and technology guidance — helping a business decide what to build, what to buy, and what to leave alone.
Schema design, data modelling, and database engineering for systems that stay reliable and queryable as the data behind them grows.
Interface and visual design for distinctive, usable, conversion-focused web products — design that serves the work, not just the screenshot.
This is not a pivot story. It is what happens when you do the research first — rejecting the ideas that seem obvious from a desk but are wrong on the ground. The example below is a pharmacy; the discipline is the one we bring to every build, in any industry.
Doctors in Tier 2 and Tier 3 hospitals have written on paper for over twenty years. Fight that habit and you lose before you start.
The product reads the counter as it already runs. Handwritten scripts in, correct billing out — no behaviour change asked of anyone.
Owners do not live in an inbox. A daily PDF nobody opens is not visibility — it is a feature that looks good in a demo.
Expiry and reorder warnings land where attention already is. The owner sees the counter without standing at it.
No IT team, no server room, no patch cycle. Boxed software becomes shelfware the day the laptop it was installed on dies.
Nothing to install, always current, reachable from a phone. The pharmacy pays for software that keeps working, not a CD that ages.
Product 01 — and the proof of how we work. A cloud-based SaaS application for pharmacies operating inside hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics, built for Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, starting with Haryana. The vertical is specific; the method behind it isn't.
The complete pharmacy operation — cloud-hosted, mobile-accessible, no installation, priced as a monthly subscription.
Live inventory built for how a pharmacy counter actually moves — no spreadsheets, no end-of-month surprises.
Every transaction billed correctly. GST compiled automatically — not manually reconstructed each month.
Drugs & Cosmetics Act compliance happens as a byproduct of normal billing — not a separate chore.
WhatsApp alerts before stock expires or runs out — visibility owners never had before.
Operational dashboards that tell the owner what's happening without standing at the counter.
Designed around handwritten prescriptions — the product fits the workflow that already exists.
We are a small team of engineers who believe the best software comes from spending more time with the problem than with the code. Based in India, building for India — starting with the businesses that need it most.
Months on the ground with the people who actually do the work — watching the workflow, the paper, and the owner — before a single screen is designed. The first deep dive was hospital pharmacies.
Cloud-native architecture that stays cheap to run and simple to operate, so the software outlives the demo and survives real use.
“We spent more time understanding the problem than building the solution.”
Short, direct answers about what we build, who we build it for, and how to work with us.
ThinkWare Labs is a software studio and IT solutions company based in India. ThinkWare Labs builds cloud-based SaaS for underserved small businesses and takes on custom software development, web development, IT consulting, and database work. Its first product, Hospital Pharmacy OS, is a pharmacy management system for hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
No. ThinkWare Labs is a general software studio — we offer SaaS development, web and application development, custom software, cloud applications, IT consulting, database development, and web design across industries. Hospital Pharmacy OS is our first in-house product, not the limit of what we build. It exists to show how we work: deep field research, then software designed around the workflow that already exists.
Yes. Our method is industry-agnostic. We spend time with the people who actually do the work, design around the workflow that already exists, and ship cloud-native software that is cheap to run and simple to operate. We applied it first to hospital pharmacies, and the same approach fits clinics, retail, services, logistics, and other small and growing businesses. Email hello@thinkwarelabs.com to talk through your problem.
It is built for pharmacies operating inside hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics — specifically in Tier 2 and Tier 3 Indian cities where billing is consistent, willingness to pay is higher, and existing software is either too expensive or doesn't fit local workflows. The pilot region is Haryana.
Yes. Doctors in Tier 2 and Tier 3 hospitals have written prescriptions on paper for more than 20 years. Rather than trying to change that behaviour, Hospital Pharmacy OS is explicitly designed around paper prescriptions and fits the existing counter workflow.
Yes. Every transaction is billed correctly under GST and returns are compiled automatically each month instead of being manually reconstructed. The product also handles prescription register requirements under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act as a byproduct of normal billing.
Most pharmacy software is built either for large hospitals with IT teams or for standalone retail pharmacies that already use computers. We spent months in the field studying how Tier 2 and Tier 3 hospital pharmacies actually operate, then designed around paper prescriptions, counter workflows, and WhatsApp-first communication.
ThinkWare Labs is based in India and was founded in 2026. The first product is being piloted in Haryana, with plans to expand across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India.
Hospital Pharmacy OS is delivered as a cloud-hosted, mobile-accessible web application with no installation required. It is priced as a monthly subscription. Contact hello@thinkwarelabs.com for current pricing and pilot availability.
